Kathryn Kelly served the firm of Kelly, Kelly and Kelly for her father and brothers in Detroit then moved with the family to Florida in the late 1950's.
Nephew Jim Walsh (Laura's son) admired her so much that he and Ann named their first daughter in her honor. (see Kathryn Ann Walsh)
Various Spellings: The spelling of her name varies through the years. Her baptismal record in Ottawa has her as "Catherine." Her mother referred to her as "Katherine" in a letter. But her headstone says "Kathryn" and her great-niece mentioned above and named in her honor is also spelled the same way.
