Barbara is the t hird child of Dolores Lucille Kenney & Gerald Richard Finnigan.
Jeff has his own conversion van sales business. He advertises and promotes over the Internet and he reps several Elkhart area van manufacturing companies. Barb hasn't worked for some years now (though she does help Jeff with his business.) and she says she has no intention of starting again anytime soon. Barb's income-producing hobby is sweepstakes. She enters a lot of them, especially online. She has won a lot of small items including life-time supplies of several household products. Barb was one of a small group of winners of a sweepstakes that sent her and Jeff to Daytona for the Nascar Pepsi 400 where all expenses were paid for the week and they had the opportunity to win the grand prize; a West Coast Chopper. They won the chopper. Eventually they sold the bike back to Jessie James who had been contracted to build the machine. Shortly after that she won a trip to the 2005 Super Bowl.
All of Barb and Jeff's children live in the northern Indiana area and they have twelve grandchildren so family is a large part of every day for them.
Essential facts to know about Barb and Jeff.
Barb and Jeff have lived in a lot of houses in several states. Jeff is a highly skilled craftsman so he always starts home improvement projects soon after moving-in day. Though they live in what many would describe as a dream house, it isn't their dream. At present they are constructing a custom-designed bi-level in South Bend. Jeff is general contractor and Barb is gopher. It will incorporate all of the elements they have ever wanted in a house. Projected completion is October of this year.
Barb is always there, wherever there is. A weekend in London or a picnic in the park, Barb is there.
